- Construction: If you already have plans, we will submit a bid on all or part of your project based on your construction documents.
- Design: If you are interested in our design services, we meet with you to review the scope of your project and your requirements. We have always found that for a construction project to be a satisfactory experience, it is essential to discuss its budget from the very beginning. Because of our considerable construction experience we can design your project for value within the constraints of your budget. After this review we determine your requirements for design services and submit an estimate for design, plans and construction documents. We work with you throughout the design process until the plans are competed. At that point you can have us bid on the project based on this design or put the plans out for others to bid.
- Design-Build: In the design-build process you accept our services for both the design and construction of your project. Again it is essential to work within the parameters of your budget. When the basic scope of the work has been determined, we will estimate costs for our services and for construction. The exact nature of our relationship with you will be determined buy the nature of the project. Costs are estimated or bid separately for the design and construction phases. We can also work on a cost-plus basis in which you pay the cost plus a fixed fee or a percentage of the cost. Although there is some uncertainty involved in a cost-plus contract, it allows you flexibility and allows us to use our expertise in both design and construction to pass savings on to you without sacrificing value.
